Before starting Upside, Nicole held several senior leadership roles in the public sector.
Nicole has both an analytical and people-centered approach to strategic planning and risk. She is a skilled facilitator and advisor, with experience in business transformation, social policy and program development, performance measurement, and corporate governance.
Through her work, Nicoles prioritizes inclusivity, evidence-based decision-making and high quality outcomes.
